I absolutely adore this studio and every teacher I have gotten to experience at Awaken. I was referred to them through another studio and learned that they offer Balanced Body Pilates teacher training. I am wrapping up my own teacher training certification through them right now and am so happy I chose to go through them on the certification. Karin, the owner, is a top tier teacher who puts so much care and energy into every person that comes into the studio. They work with people of all Pilates levels; whether it's your first time trying it or you've been doing Pilates for years, there is a place for you here.

Top notch instructors at Awaken. Started my pilates journey with Renee over 10 years ago. Karin hires knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging instructors. Wonderful place, wonderful people!

Awaken Pilates has the best instructors! I love Jackie Cale and Renee Keller - both as instructors and personally. Jackie's classes are varied, challenging and she consistently gives great cues. Renee, a personal friend, got me into pilates and for that I'm so grateful. Her classes move along and she has me smiling or laughing out loud as I'm asking my body to do things I wasn't sure I could ever do. Both Jackie and Renee take a personal interest in how I am, how my body is feeling and help me do the best I can. I come away from my classes feeling good and hoping that I'll be able to do more- do better - feel stronger - become more flexible after each future class.
