I was referred to Viverant by my midwife for pelvic floor therapy. I actually looked forward to going to Viverant. The exercises were fun and challenging (and it’s not just kegels!). Cece made an exercise plan that was specific to my needs. I am happy with the results. I would return for future physical therapy needs.“

They just put up a campaign that says "failing together" and that is exactly why I love this workout. You push to your limit in a very controlled way and you feel stronger for it.“

“I am absolutely hooked on Alotapilates! The instructors are all fantastic, especially Mary!
It is a complement to my cardio and HIIT classes. It really teaches me how to cultivate a mind-body connection, which I’ve never paid attention to for the many years of workouts I’ve done! Pilates has also taught me how to engage my core and how all movements stem from my core.
I have noticed a marked improvement in my posture, flexibility and core strength.
I love my pilates classes and also the special events- Sound Baths on Sundays!!!!
