Appliance Repair near Maplewood picked by BestProsInTown
“The customer service rep was very kind and respectful. The service was reasonably priced and was kind enough to do repairs same day. I was able to wait for repairs which was only 30 minutes. My kirby vacuum is like new.”
“S & R installed our furnace 10 years ago and we've retained them for a twice-a-year maintenance plan since it's been installed. We've been very pleased with the service they provide over the years and are impressed with the thorough records the service technicians keep on our appliance.
Recently (2025), Alex came out to perform a cleaning and repair for our gas fireplace. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a prompt and inexpensive fix. He also cleaned the unit thoroughly and gave us tips on proper use and maintenance. We're happy to know that fireplace repair is additional service we can count on for S & R!”
“We’ve now used Bob Boldt HVAC for several projects over the last 5 years, including a full furnace replacement during a Minnesota snowstorm and, most recently, repairs for two identified gas leaks. Every experience has been excellent.
Their team is responsive, professional, and genuinely friendly. They took the time to clearly explain the process, discuss pricing honestly and transparently, and answer all of our questions without any pressure. It’s refreshing to work with a company that combines great customer service with high-quality work.
The furnace replacement was handled quickly and efficiently despite terrible weather conditions, and the recent gas leak repairs gave us complete confidence that the job was done right and safely. We highly recommend them and will absolutely continue using them for future projects.”
