Shortly after Steve came to assess the damage and start a list of what needed to be repaired. He worked with us and the insurance company (which was not an easy task) but he, Steve and DJ did what they needed to do and got it done! We are very happy with all the work they did; patch job, roof, gutters, insulation, sheetrock, painting and especially helping us out when our insurance was not easy to work with. “I was looking for a contractor to repair decking and rebuild the water proofing under the deck boards on my veranda. I live in St Paul and the buildings was built in 1915. The decking had never been fixed or repaired in all those years. MV Builders was one of 3 bids and not only did their quote come in as the best prices but MV communication was also the best of all three. He explained exactly what he was going to do, stayed on budget, did quality work and ahead of schedule. I recommend this company to anyone needing work done to their home. I would use them again in a second! I should also mention there’s parts of the deck that I need to get painted, but the weather is too cold to paint so I don’t want the reviewers to think the deck was left unfinished in anyway , it wasn’t. And yes, that is the owner MV in the pictures doing the work.“
