MV Builders did a great job of replacing decking over an existing frame and making corrections where necessary to some of the frame and footings. They came in with the lowest estimate and clearly communicated every step of the way. They completed the work in a day and a half and hauled off the old rotten boards. The workmanship is high quality and we are very pleased with our new composite deck with a very nice looking black aluminum railing.
I was looking for a contractor to repair decking and rebuild the water proofing under the deck boards on my veranda. I live in St Paul and the buildings was built in 1915. The decking had never been fixed or repaired in all those years. MV Builders was one of 3 bids and not only did their quote come in as the best prices but MV communication was also the best of all three.
