Contacted Preferred on recommendation of a nephew, who had worked for the company. Evan handled our insurance claim roof replacement. He was responsive, helpful and thorough. He advocated for us when the insurer did not initially want to pay for a new roof. He always came when he said he would and made the process as seamless as it could be.The work was done quickly and professionally. The crew did a good job of cleanup.Services: Flooring repair

We had significant damage to our siding and roof from a hail storm. Shortly after that, I reached out to the owners and they got the ball rolling. What impressed me right away was the communication. They always kept us in the loop and had given us a timeline. They went over options with us as far at gutters, siding and shingles.I’m super indecisive and at the very last minute made a different choice on materials. I notified them on a Sunday and felt horrible but they were so great and changed the order and nothing was delayed.We met with the owner and discussed our downspouts and asked if his team could change them.
