We love Flying Cloud Animal Hospital!!! Dr. Kroll spends a generous amount of time, is very thorough, and is kind and considerate. And his office staff are always courteous and understanding. We could not be more satisfied!!!! And they seem to adore our cats, which of course, makes us very happy!
Dr. Krull and his team of veterinarians and vet techs are incredibly professional, skilled and so kind. You can tell that they truly love caring for our pets. I have been bringing our dogs to Flying Cloud Animal Hospital since 1997 and will never consider going anywhere else. We recently had to put down one of our dogs and as you can imagine, it was a very traumatic, emotional experience. Everyone who we interacted with was focused on easing our pet and our family through the process and gave us all the time we needed. We could not love this vet any more. We have had our family dogs seen at flying cloud for over 18 years. 4 different dogs all have been here, seen every vet at one point or another, and have only had the most compassionate, professional, and friendly service every time. Dr Grace has found issues with my dog that emergency vets misdiagnosed (said she had gi issues but she in fact had IVDD that Dr Grace found!). You simply cannot go wrong here. Everyone at this vet clinic - vets, techs, front desk have been so wonderful. Thank you for loving the pets like they are your own and providing honest advice for us pet parents. You don’t find this level of service anywhere else.
