“I booked a time for my 93 year old dad and when we arrived, there was still about 15 minutes left to wait. Instead, they brought him to the shampoo station right away and even cut his hair there rather than having him move to another station. He has a difficult time walking and has dementia. They couldn't have been more kind and respectful. The manager himself cut/washed his hair. I was so impressed with their generosity and kindness. We will be back!“
