I came in with a terrible haircut from the last place I went to and Cassie completely fixed it! I absolutely love how it turned out and how sweet she was during the appointment. Lili is where I’ll be going for as long as I live in Minnesota!
Heather SAVED me & my extensions. I booked with Heather last minute before an extended trip abroad to move up my seriously grown out hand-tied weft extensions. She took the time to really inspect the wefts, placement, and method of the previous installation. She went out of her way to change the placement of the extensions for a more comfortable fit AND used a completely different method to tie them in that has lasted over 7 weeks with zero issues, slipping, or bead loss! Ben did such an amazing job! I came in a little nervous because my hair was damaged but he gave me tons of recommendations on how to keep it healthy and also gave me a treatment. He really did a good job at getting what I wanted on top of it he was very sweet! Definitely will come back!
