After years of bouncing from salon to salon around the 50th and France area, I randomly made an appointment with Brett at Spalon, and it’s the BEST thing Uve ever done for my hair!
My hair had been beyond damaged from overprocessing and extensions that were poorly installed. The breakage left my hair thin and brittle.
Brett really listened to my concerns. He got my hair perfectly ash blonde like I had been trying to achieve for YEARS! He added the color and then meticulously checked every foil at 5 minute increments, wiping off the color strand by strand with a towel to prevent more over processing and breakage. I went in for an express retreat as a gift to myself and had a wonderful experience! I was instantly welcomed by the front desk staff and brought to the spa area. Maeve gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Jessica was very friendly and my manicure looks great. Zuri did a great job on my blowout and was sweet. I experienced nothing but wonderful customer service at Spalon. I will be back!
The best salon experience I’ve ever had! Rachel was an absolute star - she was such a sweetheart and took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted and what would be best for my hair. She explained everything she was doing and checked in multiple times to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Best of all, she was super gentle with my hair, which I REALLY appreciated because my hair is very fine! 10/10 service and my hair turned out beautiful. I will definitely be returning in the future!!
