She goes above and beyond to create an experience that helps you learn (if you are new to skincare) and grow (if you're a skincare veteran). She takes into account factors that are specific to you and does not give "one-size-fits-all" advice. Your input on how you are liking a product is very important because she wants it to work for you. I find that very refreshing. Not to mention, she has a wide variety of AWESOME products like brow gels, lash lengthening serums, lip balms and more. I started visiting Kelly for her waxing service and was never a "facial" person - until I met her. I wanted to look fresh and natural for my upcoming wedding and loved her facials so much that I became a regular client.Her love for what she does really shines through when you visit her salon and she always, always, always puts her clients first. With her guidance, I have created not only a skincare routine but also a wellness routine that I incorporate into my daily life.
