She has made my headaches go from bad every day to rarely a headache. After having my children she has taken such great care of me and my body getting it to a place of wellness. I also see Dr Allison as a pelvic floor therapist and again top class! She’s so helpful and it flexible with whatever I need that session. Truly personalised care. She’s helped me with two of my kids postpartum and has helped me on my journey to feeling strong again. I highly recommend these two ladies. Also the front desk staff are so friendly.“

It is a complement to my cardio and HIIT classes. It really teaches me how to cultivate a mind-body connection, which I’ve never paid attention to for the many years of workouts I’ve done! Pilates has also taught me how to engage my core and how all movements stem from my core.
I have noticed a marked improvement in my posture, flexibility and core strength.
I love my pilates classes and also the special events- Sound Baths on Sundays!!!!

11900 Wayzata Blvd, Minnetonka“Wonderful pilates studio with a great instructor. Pilates is a great low impact way to get active - especially if you are just starting out. And Bodiology is a great place to learn. The studio is conveniently located off of 394 with plenty of parking. Inside it has high ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors with boho carpets and a fireplace. It’s warm and welcoming space. Not intimidating and cold like so many gyms! The instructor, also a Catherine, is patient and really cares that you learn and take care of your body. She is great at explaining everything and matching the speed at which you learn. I really enjoy working with her! Check out her Groupon specials for beginners, but make sure the times work for you before purchasing :).“

They just put up a campaign that says "failing together" and that is exactly why I love this workout. You push to your limit in a very controlled way and you feel stronger for it.“
