“They came out on an emergency basis and fixed my furnace... much appreciated. The cost was lower than their competitor's non- emergency rate. I highly recommend! I had made an appointment with Centraire before calling Scandia but Centraire couldn't come for 4 days without an emergency surcharge. I forgot to cancel so Centraire still charged me for a regular visit but that cost $65 more than Scandia's emergency charge. Pass on Centraire and use Scandia.“

“Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday evening on one of the coldest weekends of the year. We called a number of places looking for emergency service, but nobody was available until the following day. Anytime we actually got through to a human, they indicated they’d get a technician out on a best efforts basis; timing wasn’t guaranteed. Al from Broadway Heating and Air Conditioning called in response to a message I left him, and stated he could be at our house at 8:30am. He showed up promptly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly, provided a temporary solution until the new part arrived, then showed up on time again to install the new part.
