“Excellent, prompt service installing heating in our garage which works so well. Also had them out last fall to make sure our furnace was ready for winter. Gave us additional advice on how to use an additional air circulation device that had been installed in our new house. Recently called them on a weekend regarding power outage in our garage. My limited electrical knowledge did not include knowing a small button on a plug in could solve the problem, but he did and problem was solved quickly. Aerotek also sent guys out the next day to make sure there wasn't an additional problem, with no charge to us. Great service!“

“They came out on an emergency basis and fixed my furnace... much appreciated. The cost was lower than their competitor's non- emergency rate. I highly recommend! I had made an appointment with Centraire before calling Scandia but Centraire couldn't come for 4 days without an emergency surcharge. I forgot to cancel so Centraire still charged me for a regular visit but that cost $65 more than Scandia's emergency charge. Pass on Centraire and use Scandia.“
