Came home from work to find no heat! The hubbs called a furnace company and they said they would call back. Never did. Called Artic and called back within 10 min. And walked my hubbs through it and now have heat!!! Money saved! Will only call them for any HVAC needs !
Called early in the morning when my furnace went out. Rapid response and was very personable and quickly walked me thru identifying and fixing the problem. Will definetly use going forward for ANY HVAC needs. Thank you !!
My furnace was having intermittent issues of not turning on. Call and explained my problem. He told me exactly what the issue was and how to fix it myself. Took 5 minutes to do everything. Turned the furnace back on and she fired right up. Will definitely use his service again!
