I came home and my air conditioner wasn't working and called Bob. He walked me through all the Checks points. And got it up and running again. Not too many service people will do that....
Saved me three hundred dollars just by talking me through it.
Now that's great service!
When I have a real problem, I will be calling Bob at Arctic Heating and Air conditioning...

I called Bob about a mini split and left a voicemail. He called me back about an hour later and helped me problem solve some issues I was having. He took about 20 minutes out of his time and gave me the answers I needed. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate all of his help. I definitely wouldn't hesitate calling him in the future. Thanks, bob!

Needed service on my furnace, or so I thought! Called this place on a Sunday afternoon and Bob answered right away. He helped me troubleshoot over the phone, and he tracked down the issue within about 10 minutes over the phone call. Problem solved, thanks for that Bob.
