“Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday evening on one of the coldest weekends of the year. We called a number of places looking for emergency service, but nobody was available until the following day. Anytime we actually got through to a human, they indicated they’d get a technician out on a best efforts basis; timing wasn’t guaranteed. Al from Broadway Heating and Air Conditioning called in response to a message I left him, and stated he could be at our house at 8:30am. He showed up promptly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly, provided a temporary solution until the new part arrived, then showed up on time again to install the new part. “Came home from work to find no heat! The hubbs called a furnace company and they said they would call back. Never did. Called Artic and called back within 10 min. And walked my hubbs through it and now have heat!!! Money saved! Will only call them for any HVAC needs !“
