Zack is the absolute best! He diagnosed what was wrong with our old furnace in minutes and fixed it! We had multiple people come out from other companies and they were stumped. My furnace went out and I called Howell Heating. Zack offered to come out the same day. He offered several options for a new furnace and was very straight forward on the differences and cost of each. He even offered us space heaters to use overnight because he didn't want us to be cold. He arrived on time the next morning and had our new heater installed. Howell heating will be my new HVAC company because of Zach's courtesy, professionalism, sense of urgency, and mostly genuine concern for my family's well being.
