I have been using Kelly Karnes and Lakes Area Heating & Cooling for the past few years. I had an AC unit that wasn't working, I reached out to Kelly and he gave me a few steps to check to see if I could get it working on my own, still wasn't working. He then was very prompt to getting out there and diagnosing the problem which he did then installed a new condenser the next day.Grateful that he was able to work so quickly to help me resolve my issue before the heat wave came and also didn't upcharge me with parts that I didn't need.
