This is a really great company. Their prices are reasonable and they have a cool deal in which you get a year of service for the same price as a service call. We signed up for that. We also bought one of the electronic air filters with UV light. Hunter, their service guy, cleaned our furnace and installed a new valve in our garage heater. He spent a lot of time working on both, let us know what he did, and taught us how to use the new air filter. Administratively, they were efficient and helpful too. Starting with the sales person, Shane, I received excellent service. Shane was very good at explaining all facets of the product from installation to warranties. The install crew, Josh and Hunter, completed the majority of the job in 1 day!! This included: Furnace, Air Exchanger, Heat Pump, Humidifier, electrical and removing all the old materials and cleanup! I don't think you will find a better company locally. I highly recommend Air Serve based on my experience.
