Gave us additional advice on how to use an additional air circulation device that had been installed in our new house. Recently called them on a weekend regarding power outage in our garage. My limited electrical knowledge did not include knowing a small button on a plug in could solve the problem, but he did and problem was solved quickly. “They came out on an emergency basis and fixed my furnace... much appreciated. The cost was lower than their competitor's non- emergency rate. I highly recommend! I had made an appointment with Centraire before calling Scandia but Centraire couldn't come for 4 days without an emergency surcharge. I forgot to cancel so Centraire still charged me for a regular visit but that cost $65 more than Scandia's emergency charge. Pass on Centraire and use Scandia.“

“Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday evening on one of the coldest weekends of the year. We called a number of places looking for emergency service, but nobody was available until the following day. Anytime we actually got through to a human, they indicated they’d get a technician out on a best efforts basis; timing wasn’t guaranteed. Al from Broadway Heating and Air Conditioning called in response to a message I left him, and stated he could be at our house at 8:30am. He showed up promptly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly, provided a temporary solution until the new part arrived, then showed up on time again to install the new part.
