“I had a gas leak from h*ll that I had received several quotes on and was given wildly different pricing. It was located behind a finished soffit with only a small access panel. One plumber told me he would have to cut out the entire bottom of the soffit, others said the entire soffit would need to come down-framing and all (they were just put up due to my recent remodel so I was a little mortified?).
