“Their 5-star reviews prompted me to call Anderson Burner Heating and Cooling. I've had intermittent issues with my boiler and previously had 3 other service providers try and resolve the problem. It's been frustrating and expensive without resolution. Although I am outside their regular service area, Nick agreed to drive to Stillwater to fix the problem or give me an estimate for a new system. They worked for 3 hours, found and resolved the original problem that others couldn't, and then replaced several components on my request. Nick and Rick are awesome! Two very honest and capable technicians. I highly recommend them!!!”

“Had Thomas come out and install a gas line for a new gas fireplace conversion, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He came out to give me a quote the same day, was great to work with, and his price was about half of what the other plumbers in the area quoted me.

One thing that really stood out was that he thought ahead and set the gas line up so it’ll be easy to add a garage heater in the future. That kind of thing really shows that he’s looking out for the customer rather than just doing the minimum.

Great communication, fair pricing, and quality work. I’d definitely recommend Thomas to anyone looking for a plumber. I’ll be calling him again for future projects!”
