“Got recommended Hugo Plumbing from another locally owned plumber that was booked out over a week.

My tank storage water heater was leaking out the bottom. I called at 12:30 on Wednesday, talked to Sue, it was immediately clear she was well versed in the business and equipment. Nash came out at three, and we talked through replacement options. There was never pressure to purchase or an attempt to upsell, I was the one to guide the conversation into higher priced options. We talked through the cost, pros, and cons of the tank, tankless, and heat pump options available.

I opted for tankless, and John and Brandon installed a Navien NPE-240a2 today. They came in, did the work over about two hours, I paid them and they left. They never tried to sell me other services or a monthly subscription plan like the big franchises.

With my old water heater, the inlets, outlets, exhaust, and gas line were poorly placed and just kind of floating in the air. Now everything is cleaned up, they rerouted the gas line through the floor joists above and the water lines are anchored to wall in clean lines. In addition, they did an excellent job cleaning up, not a speck of PVC or dust was left behind.

For both appointments they provided exact times they would show up, not just vague five hour windows, for both appointments they were actually early and gave me a call to see if I was available to get started early.

“I am so happy that my daughter's friends recommended Norcon Home Solutions to do my bath remodel. I had a huge whirlpool tub and separate shower that were badly in need of replacement. In fact, the entire bathroom was very dated and run down when I bought the house. “Lang Builders did a complete MAJOR remodel of our main level about 1200 square feet in October 2023. Lang Builders built our home in 1996 and have completed all our additions since. (laundry room addition in 2005, 4 season porch in 2010, complete master bath remodel in 2019) . They are honest, hard working, hands on craftsmen who do an amazing job. We stayed in our home during the remodel and while it was not easy Tim and Justin Lang and all the employees were like family. They did an excellent job in sticking to a very tight schedule communicating with us daily. The quality of work is superb. Honestly, there is no one I would trust more . It says a alot when you use the same builder for almost 30 years.“

Assembly went smoothly.
Couple of places when installing bolts were difficult due to lack of space.
Disappointed that they don’t offer bracing for the long leg supports for deep water.
Pushing in and pulling out will be difficult to prevent bending the legs.
I will need to make ridged bracing to support the legs myself.
Please beware to prevent damage to your pier.“
