We had a kitchen/ living area done 7 years ago. It was fabulous. Jim was hands on and involved. We hired a second time for a bedroom/ bath remodel. He was rude, never available. The design is terrible, the shower floor is concave and dangerous. The grout on the tile floor is not what I chose. I picked one grout color to bring the tile together. When I questioned him about it he was aggressive and claimed I picked it out. The lighting in the shower is absolutely crazy. I am very sad things went this way. Find a contractor you can trust. He is not that guy. Sure wish I could turn the clock back. I hate my bathroom ?Services: Kitchen remodeling
