“We had hail damage to our roof in August of 2022. We worked with multiple roofing companies since that time and we were not successful in getting a claim approved for a new roof. The problem we had was that our insurance company would cover only the valley metal and roof vents, but not shingles. Our existing roof was 15 years old and the Timberline shingles used in 2008 were no longer available. We continued looking for a solution between our insurance company and different roofing companies for 18 months. The roofing contractors all agreed replacing only the valley metal could not be done without damaging the existing shingles, they were too brittle.Luckily, in September of 2023 I called Max at Solaris and he told me they work with a Public Adjuster for roof claims and they found this to work best, so we started down the road with Solaris and a public adjuster. I had never heard of a public adjuster, but now am a big fan due to the results they achieved for us. In fact, the insurance company’s “tone” changed right away; they became helpful.Within a very short amount of time, our insurance company approved our claim to replace the whole roof and even our gutters. What a difference with Solaris and their public adjuster involved! It was a very stressful 18 months prior to that time because we were not making any progress, but that all changed once Solaris got involved. We would recommend Solaris to anyone needing a roof, gutters, or siding.“

“These folks deserve more than 5 stars. Our ceiling began to drip on Christmas night. Though I called a dozen or so numbers to try to get someone out on an emergency, I didn't have any luck.The next morning, I woke up to a message from The Roof Guys - the only one to return my call. Diana was awesome to communicate with and was able to get Jayme out same day.Jamey did a fast, excellent job at a fair price. In addition, he took time to educate us about our options without pressuring us into a specific direction. He also took plenty of photos to show us the problems and how he had fixed them.We'll be looking into replacing the roof within the next year and The Roof Guys will be the ones I call.“

“We had a steep cedar roof and a lot of landscaping, so a pretty tough roofing job. I got 3 quotes- the other two significantly higher which was important because this was not an insurance job. Maus did the job on time and in just 3 days. The crew was very good, quality looks fantastic, and they did an amazing job of cleanup after the job. I'd highly recommend Maus for a roof job.“

“Kaufman replaced one gutter section that had been damaged, They came out for the estimate in a timely manner considering it was a small job and they were dealing with hail damage to whole roofs in 2023. It was a firm bid. They also sent out an employee to help me doublecheck the color of the gutter. He willingly helped me choose even when it started to rain. They were able to fix my gutter in a timely manner. I know that I will call Kaufmanwhen I will need to have my roof and gutters replaced. It waswonderful to have them help with a small but important job to me.“

Once the hail storm came through, they contacted us, returned, checked again, and to no one's surprise, found damage.They then worked with us through the insurance process, made sure to stay in touch, and did an excellent job replacing the roof. “A very professional job of removing old 4 x 8 panels and installing new vinyl siding, fascia and soffits was completed by Buck Christensen of Eagle Siding, Inc. In spring/summer 2023, we obtained 4 bids for the project, not only for the cost difference, but also to determine who we would have a good working relationship with. Buck was very knowledgeable, kept all appointments, answered all our questions, and always got back to us in a timely manner. This was not the case with some of the companies. Surprisingly, the estimates were all close, but the decision was an easy one for us, and we were not disappointed. We are very happy with the completed project.
