We had hail damage to our roof in August of 2022. We worked with multiple roofing companies since that time and we were not successful in getting a claim approved for a new roof. The problem we had was that our insurance company would cover only the valley metal and roof vents, but not shingles. Our existing roof was 15 years old and the Timberline shingles used in 2008 were no longer available. We continued looking for a solution between our insurance company and different roofing companies for 18 months. In August of this year my roof was damaged by a hailstorm. I made the decision to go with Solaris and Andy assisted me every step of the way and did a great job in working with the insurance company, I was ready to give up after several weeks and Andy had a Plan B which led to the resolution of my claim. Andy was always ready to answer my questions and I commend him for his perseverance. Solaris and their employee Andy was the best home repair decision I made this year. Working with Max Seeger from Solaris was such a smooth process from start to finish. The roofing crew worked super hard up until dark to finish my roof, then came back and did a great job cleaning up. My new roof looks beautiful! I will be contacting Solaris when it is time to get new siding on my house.
