We had a leak in our roof, and water was coming into our home. Schmidt Roofing was so easy to talk to, responded to us right away, and took care of all the paperwork and details so they could get started as quickly as possible. What really impressed us was that they were willing to take care of everything even on a Sunday.
It had been raining all week, so we were very worried about the leak getting worse. My husband was sleeping and I was out running errands with our son, so we honestly didn’t expect them to come out and take care of it that Sunday. We were incredibly thankful that they acted so quickly and helped protect our home from further damage.
We also want to apologize because we didn’t realize we had forgotten to pay them right away. With both of us getting caught up with work, we didn’t notice the envelope was still sitting there until about a week later. We truly appreciate their patience and understanding.
