“From the very beginning, Shae was incredibly responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with. This was our first experience replacing a roof, and he was extremely patient throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured or rushed into making any decisions, and he took the time to thoroughly explain our options and ensure we felt informed and confident every step of the way.
Shae is extremely knowledgeable about his work and went above and beyond to make the entire experience as smooth as possible. He was always quick to respond to our messages, made time to meet with us when needed, and worked directly with our insurance company. Once our claim was approved, he continued to guide us through the process and made everything feel manageable and straightforward.
His team was equally impressive. They completed our entire roof in just one day and did an exceptional job. They were efficient, professional, and left our property incredibly clean—there was virtually nothing left behind. Most importantly, our new roof looks fantastic!
We could not be happier with both the quality of our roof and the overall experience. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is genuine, knowledgeable, responsive, fair, and truly cares about its customers, we highly recommend Shae with SPS Contracting!”
