“Absolutely as painless as it could be--for getting nearly all windows replaced in our home. From the insurance part, to choosing the new windows, to the installation scheduling, to the installation itself (went incredibly quickly yet professionally) and the final touches and trim, it was truly remarkable how little disruption this cause and how good it looks.”
“A neighbor's tree fell on my garage in July. I decided on Rooftime because Bruce did a more thorough inspection and found extensive damage. His going the extra yard to assess the damage, and deal with a very difficult insurance adjuster made all the difference. Their detailed restoration included, structural engineering, carpentry, roofing, siding and gutter work. The finished product receives rave reviews from my neighbors! Most importantly, I never could have navigated without Bruce, and the team at Rooftime, as the insurance company played games for months, and I mean months. Bruce was tireless, always there for me and his persistence and patient explanations made all the difference.I am very happy with the results, and more so with the patience, negotiating with my insurance company, and support from Rooftime.”
“Seth was great! He was very personable. I had a leak in my roof - he identified a possible issue and sealed it up. Found a couple other possible problem spots and sealed them up while he was up there. I have had no more issues! 10 out of 10 - would recommend!!”
