“North Point Services have been great to work with! Our very old roof had hail damage and we chose North Point to take on the project because of North Point's representative, Alex's, patience and clarity. Our long-time insurance covered us well, but negotiating the cost coverage was long and painful. Happily, those negotiations were handled completely by Alex. The roof was put on in a day and the clean-up was thorough. Our questions, which were plentiful, were always answered completely, patiently and kindly. Communication throughout the project was always clear and we didn't have to hover over the company to get information - it was offered proactively. We would rehire them again (but hope we don't have to!) and highly recommend Alex and North Point Services to others.“

“Glacier was such a breath of fresh air after working with some no so good contractors. Chad was amazing. He was professional, honest, showed up when he said he would and no surprises on the roof or siding job they did. Charlie was great too, he came out to ensure everything was good. Some things that stood out: they did awesome job with clean up, the crews were so nice and considerate about us living here though the work, Charlie and Chad went the extra mile in working with insurance when I would have given up, they told me what to do with insurance as it was foreign to me, the workmanship and speed was incredible. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fair, professional and great quality roof and or siding.“

“We Truly enjoyed working with our Home Pro America Team. Everyone at Home Pro America made us feel at ease and were always available for questions. My husband Greg and I really enjoyed the process. We now have a lovely kitchen.Meeting with Robert Skinner was so much fun. Robert has a wonderful demeanor, and explained the process of remodeling our kitchen in a easy to understand way. We appreciated his honesty about length of time for the project, cost of the project, daily life interruptions because of the project etc. A true professional.Angie Pederson was our designer. Angie is a lovely person. Angie helped us pick out a great cabinets, counter tops and flooring. I'm most happy with the paint color we chose.Angie would give me choices, but never made me take something I didn't want. I liked that she gave us honest answers and guided us through the process in a professional way. Angie is a gem.Bridget Hannigan was our project coordinator. Every Friday without fail Bridget would email us with a schedule of what would take place the following week. From demolition to the finished project. Bridget is very nice and was on top of everything. If we wanted to have something extra done or had any questions Bridget took care of it all. Great job.Jamie Janski was in charge of the remodeling crew. He is such a friendly person. Jamie made sure everything got done the way we wanted. Jamie would answer any kind of question about construction that we had. Jamie was always around and was so wonderful about finishing touches. His attitude was always upbeat.
