“I called the company about a tricky leaking spot that many contractors are not able to fix it.Tom patiently inspected the roof, siding and window.He even poured water on the suspicious areas.He eventually found the issue is on the window. His crew carefully cleaned and dried the window before caulking. His rate is very reasonable as he advertised. Highly recommend it.“

“A very professional job of removing old 4 x 8 panels and installing new vinyl siding, fascia and soffits was completed by Buck Christensen of Eagle Siding, Inc. In spring/summer 2023, we obtained 4 bids for the project, not only for the cost difference, but also to determine who we would have a good working relationship with. Buck was very knowledgeable, kept all appointments, answered all our questions, and always got back to us in a timely manner. This was not the case with some of the companies. Surprisingly, the estimates were all close, but the decision was an easy one for us, and we were not disappointed. We are very happy with the completed project. “These folks deserve more than 5 stars. Our ceiling began to drip on Christmas night. Though I called a dozen or so numbers to try to get someone out on an emergency, I didn't have any luck.The next morning, I woke up to a message from The Roof Guys - the only one to return my call. Diana was awesome to communicate with and was able to get Jayme out same day.Jamey did a fast, excellent job at a fair price. In addition, he took time to educate us about our options without pressuring us into a specific direction. He also took plenty of photos to show us the problems and how he had fixed them.We'll be looking into replacing the roof within the next year and The Roof Guys will be the ones I call.“

Kevin with Platinum Exteriors took over the claim and I am glad they did. They documented additional damages not initially on the insurance scope of work and got it paid for. Highly recommend them!
