Our first contact was with Jon, and he was friendly and responsive, and really went above and beyond to help us with the process of replacing our broken, unrepairable water heater. He went through and explained all of the options to us. He was even willing to help us with the process of submitting documents to our home warranty company, which was a headache but he never complained. They were able to get out to our house the next day to replace our water heater. Our tech, Bruce, was friendly, communicative and efficient. We thought the price was fair, too. I had my a first appointment at Shanice Aesthetics a week ago. Shanice was warm and welcoming. Her salon was clean and classy. After our consultation she seated me in the most comfortable custom lash chair. At some point I dozed off and woke up to EXACTLY what I asked for. As I said it's been a week since our session, I work a physical job and have been swimming four times since.... My lashes look as pretty as the day she did them. The overall experience was exceptional and I look forward to being a lifetime client.

Great experience having my hair cut here. Have not tried any other services but I trust the people here to do my hair. The office is hit or miss on answering when your call but does call you back when a voicemail is left. Took off one star because it’s not usually a pleasant voice on the other end. Recommend trying to model after the energy of those on the phones at Cole’s salon.
Alyssa was amazing! My former roommate suggested her when I was wanting to bleach my hair and I was worried about destroying it. She did a wonderful job! When she found out I was planning on leaving it blonde for over a month she asked if she could tone it. Which I'm so glad she did cause it looks beautiful and not the shocking bleachy look I was worried about. She also cut my hair, I have curly hair and have had many bad haircuts from people who don't know curly hair. All in all a wonderful experience and I will definitely go back when needed.

Royal always does such a fantastic job on my son’s hair! I tried to do a quick cut for my son at home by myself and well, it did not go well. ?? I wasn’t sure if it could be fixed because it was pretty bad. When I brought him in to Royal, he just smiled and nodded quietly after I told him what happened (no judgement, lol) and then only a few minutes later he had my son looking fantastic, like I’d never even touched it. Jane has been doing my nails for several years, both artificial and natural nails. Sarah and Alicia are available for all nail services, too. They're a congenial trio who provide a soothing atmosphere for making pretty. That Prisms is located next door to a skin care salon, Elements of You, is A Good Thing.

My husband has ALS and is in a large wheelchair. He can no longer move his arms or hands. He likes to get his nails done professionally and get nail art on his pinky nails. We were turned down by another local nail salon, however when I called A Nails, they said to come and they'd find a way to get his nails done! They were waiting for us and opened the doors for us! They maneuvered around his chair and found ways to get his full manicure done and his nail art on his pinkies! It was such a huge blessing to us as we were preparing for my daughter's wedding the following weekend. I also got a gel manicure and pedicure and they have both lasted for over 3 weeks now. I'm very impressed by them!!! We were visiting from Kentucky, so I don't know when we'll be back, but I've been referring my MN friends to A Nails!

I first met Anna a few years ago when she was working out of a hair salon. I had a brow wax and loved her energy so much I followed her to another salon and finally to her own place which is LeZo's. She's an expert at what she does, and to anyone that's had a wax of any kind, that really matters. I love Anna so much I went to her for my first facial and now have had several facials because I realize the benefits, now. I'd highly recommend her and frankly, I'd follow her pretty much anywhere.

Jeremy is amazing. Very creative and talented. I would recommend his work to everyone. A small tattoo or a large piece he will not let you down. I wanted my granddaughter’s name with a flower and he made it fit perfectly in the place I wanted between 2 existing tattoos. He even tied them together. Their staff repaired my completely clogged kitchen sink with a metal snake cleaning all the way into the stack drain pipe on the far side of the basement. Then they teamed the roots out of the pipe connecting the basement with the sewer in the street!
Summary of long read ahead: Genz-Ryan installed superior technology that is more efficient for less money than the 1st quote I received. Highly recommended! If I had to pick one favorite aspect of is company, it's customer service! Other noteable aspects: impecable communication, photos of technicians who are coming to your home, explanations, packages and price points for all family budgets, financing. The day before my father's funeral I learned our 15 year old furnace was leaking gas and needed $2000 in repairs. Needless to say I was overwhelmed. I called Genz-Ryan for a comparative quote that same day. They were fast, understanding, friendly, caring, compassionate, and they explained things in ways I could understand. My old furnace company left me feeling pressured, confused and without true understanding of my options and how to weigh them. Genz-Ryan had this questionnaire tool to help me see it truly was the best decision to replace my furnace now. I was able to take advantage of the BOGO equiptment sale and replace both my furnace and AC at the same time. Today Ari and Nick spent their entire day carefully installing my new HVAC systems and a whole home humidifier! I'm so grateful to be confident in the work they completed today. Sean came to help finish the electrical wiring. The whole team - from the tech completing the quote, the sales gentleman, the install team and customer service call center - everyone cares! If you are not sure what to do. Call Genz-Ryan. I'm confident they can help you feel confident in the choices you need to make.
I originally left a negative review because the plumbing work didn’t pass inspection and the company didn’t complete the job as expected. However, I want to acknowledge that after my feedback, the company reached out, took responsibility, and made the necessary corrections to ensure the work met code and passed inspection.
I appreciate the effort they put in to make things right. While the initial experience was frustrating, the follow-up showed they care about their customers and stand behind their work. Thank you for addressing the issue and resolving it properly.

I would recommend Dave you want a well done floor for a very, very reasonable price. I had 600 sq ft of hardwood floor to fix, sand and protect. Dave has the skill and experience to prescribe exactly what would look best for your home. He is an expert on flooring and trim. I was very satisfied with Dave's work. However, you should also be aware of the way that Dave conducts his business.
When I was looking for flooring quotes, I found Dave on Yelp and Google. The reviews are mostly positive for a good reason. He does an excellent job with various styles of flooring, and he is more than happy to share his before/after photos with you as a client. He has photos and countless stories of every situation he's encountered, as well as how he has fixed it in the past. He is experienced enough to complete your flooring situation. I had major surface stains and damage to my floor that he treated perfectly without breaking the bank.
That being said, expect to spend time listening to past flooring stories and the way you should do your other projects. At first I thought it was him trying to sell me on how good he is as a handyman, but I genuinely think it’s because he cares so much about his work. He is a generous, hard working individual, and is motivated to do well if you treat him well. He will make your situation right and will not cheat you. However, you have to be willing to give him some leeway in other ways (i.e. using your utilities without asking, or using rooms in your property for equipment storage).
I had pretty bad stains from the last owners of the property, and I told Dave he didn’t need to make it look perfect, only good enough. Dave said he could get the worst out. He did just that. The before and after photos should show you how much nicer it looks now. There also were some nail holes that he expertly covered. Dave said he could have done more for the stains and nails, but it wasn’t necessary to me. It was truly professional of him to do the quarter round trim around the entire floor, prime it, and take off/put doors back on hinges. He ran out of time priming all of the quarter round in my case, but I had agreed upon that compromise. This brings me to my last point.
My last point is about timelines. Dave works on his own timeline that hopefully accommodates yours. In September of 2024 it was him and one other worker. I would STRONGLY recommend you get a solid, written contract on timelines. Otherwise, be flexible on how long your flooring can take. To his credit, I had called last minute to get something on the books. However, the initial estimate of a week slowly tripled into three weeks after Dave got more work elsewhere.
Dave is a professional and I will use his services again when I get another property. He did me right and made my floors in my ranch style house look fantastic. I have a great floor now thanks to Dave and I will be happy to see it for years to come.

Such wonderful service. Always so timely, respectful, and thorough. I always joke that I’m grateful for all the times that they’ve found my missing glasses or random keys that fall between or below couch cushions and I forget. I also work from home often, and they are always ensuring to work with me in case I have a call or a meeting. I have a dog and they’re happy to navigate it with ease. But most importantly, the house is impeccably clean and sparkly, which is sometimes a detriment because of my follow up reminders to my family that no one is allowed to breathe or exist so we keep the clean house.

Titus' designer Ksusha gave multiple ideas to our mudroom/laundry, bedroom/closet/bathroom addition, and their 3D visualization tool really helped us see the space beyond a drawing on paper.
One part that really stood out were the carpenters. Dillon (project supervisor and lead carpenter) and Brian (project manager) really treated the project like their own home. They looked at what the designers wanted, and what looked best once the project was actually being built, then combined the two to make it look great. For example, we had a transition doorway from our addition to the existing living room that Dillon took the time to adjust a make it look amazing. Furthermore, when we saw an electric fireplace mount was off-center by about two inches, Brian had a carpenter adjust it the next day. Titus had the mindset the entire time that they wanted to work with us to make our addition right. Their subcontractors were always respectful and on time with their work. After our project was completed, we noticed a small air leak between the dryer vent and dryer letting cold winter air in. I contacted Titus, and they had the HVAC subcontractor out to fix it (no questions asked). Titus really wanted to exceed our expectations, and their team is setup to make it happen.
I would absolutely go with Titus Contracting for any home addition or remodel project in the future!
The Gula team was awesome. We had water damage in kitchen and leaked to downstairs bathroom. Dmitriy was very organized and did a great job interacting with our insurance company. We were very pleased to work with Robert’s Residential Remodeling. Our project was a complete remodel of bathroom on the first floor of our 1924 bungalow; from the studs. We had seen the job they did remodeling our friend’s bathroom in their older home. We chose them, in part, because of their initial estimate. It was detailed unlike the estimates we got from other remodeling companies. The project was completed in the time frame discussed. Change orders were accounted for and carefully explained. The project came in on budget. Working with project manager/designer Chris Baumann was great. He is an excellent communicator, checked in frequently, collaborated with us on design preferences and was enjoyable to work with. He worked hard to find the materials we wanted. He is an excellent problem solver. The quality of the work and workers was great. And we love the end result! We highly recommend RRR~

Christian Brothers Concrete And Foundation Repair was top notch from the first contact with Tony to the end of the project! When Tony came out to the house, he assessed the situation and gave us a lot of valuable information. Then, he broke down the quote so we could make informed decisions about the scope of the project. We sought out multiple quotes and Tony's was the only one that addressed all, not just some, of the issues. We were able to choose, with confidence, which issues to address now and never felt pressured into doing more.
Zack, the on-site project manager, was incredible! He is THE person to have running the project. Polite and positive, he was an excellent communicator and was always on top of the project. He answered all of our questions with impressive knowledge and a genuine smile. Zack and his team (John, Julio, Trevor, and Curt) were knowledgeable, hardworking and always courteous. They each had expertise in different areas and worked amazingly well together to provide quality throughout all areas of the project.
It was a massive project with many different types of work being done: multiple concrete pads, a large driveway apron, reinforcing failing garage walls, core filling and rebar, removal of a large concrete patio, removal and replacement of select deck footings, extensive tiling and correctly grading the land around the back of the house.
Tony assured us that if any issues were uncovered as they dug into the project, they'd be discussed with us before any action was taken. As with any project, hidden concerns were uncovered. We were notified as any concerns arose and we were informed about options for if and how to fix them. There were no big surprises and each item was quoted fairly. Pricing for the changes was reasonable and in line with the original quote. Again, we were able to make informed decisions and didn't feel pressured into adding any additional items.
We will undoubtedly use Christian Brothers for any future projects. Thank you, Christian Brothers! We cannot recommend you highly enough!
In the midst of a very busy construction season, Jay and his crew still made time to fit our project in on very short notice so that our framing was up and ready for rough-in's and sheetrock.Throughout the process, Jay's communication (email, text, in-person) was unmatched by any other sub/contractor and he made sure that all the work was done to a high standard. We have many more remodeling projects both interior and exterior that we would gladly hire AOS Construction again for.
We used Avid Builders for a major home makeover project and would highly recommend their work. The project included an addition and a front elevation upgrade. Their attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship is obvious throughout the process. They hold themselves to a high standard and expect the same from their subcontractors. Communication about all the various stages was solid throughout. Lamont, Terry, Ryan, and Patty were all great to work with and we will be using them for future projects. We have received many compliments about the changes to our home and people even commented about how hard Avid worked on all the details.

I've been lucky enough to not need dental work for a long time, but it was finally time to replace a filling that's been deteriorating. Too bad that BCBS didn't cover the nitrous oxide prior to the shot of novocain and subsequent drilling, but it was worth it to me to pay out of pocket as I was a bit nervous. The young dental assistant was great, and so was Dr Ivanescu, she really did a nice job. Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful, and very transparent about services.

Dr Irestones practice, at Health Resources approach is a wholistic one . with the use of homeopathic medicines instead of Medications. I am in the process of healing my issues which brought me to Dr Irestone who came highly recommended by two people who were very happy with their experience working with him. Homeopathic medicine is a combination of patience , and discipline working in unison with your practitioner . In this day an age there are so many toxins we ingest knowing and not knowing . I have seen this fantastic team for years, I’m very grateful for them. I have sciatica, but recently it had been worse than ever before. I actually was fearful it was more significant than just that. Dr Renwick talked to me about my injury, adjusted me, gave me ways to try to fix it when I wasn’t there. It worked, I feel much better now. I couldn’t suggest them in any higher regard than I already do.

I was introduced to Dr McCombs through my personal trainer when I really messed up my lower back. The idea of going to a chiropractor always freaked me out because I don't like the cracking sounds.
Well, that isn't clearly an issue anymore because I have seen Dr McCombs for five years now. He ended up fixing my lower back issue, but I have seen him for a few other things and he is currently helping me with my migraines.
It's super nice going to him because I just feel really well taken care of. He also makes me feel very comfortable, which is important to me.
We had a sick cat and they worked us in the same day. Great care, kind people.
Crossroads was recommended to us by a friend after a horrible experience at Prior Lake Vet. Crossroads Dr's are fabulous. We had a senior dog whose ear was gushing blood (a cyst had burst) We made 2 trips to Prior (our normal vet at the time) on the same day, because the bleeding wouldn't stop. When it started up a 3rd time, we called and they told us to go somewhere else. Long story short, we ended up at Crossroads and they were so wonderful! The Dr worked through her lunch hour on our girl. She ended up needing to be put to sleep, but the Dr was caring and showed so much empathy. She sat in the room with my husband for an hour talking and listening while he shared memories with her about our Pepper. They didn't hurry him out the door. They let him have all the time he needed. Everyone was so sweet and kind. The way a vet should be. We have found our new vet! Thank you so much, everyone!
Kristen and Dr. Anderson were so wonderful and caring with my 12 year old bearded dragon. He had been such a healthy lizard, that he had never been to a vet. Unfortunately, nothing could be done for Rocky, but they were so knowledgeable about the breed and assured me that I was doing the right thing in not making him suffer in any way. They were so kind through the process and let me take all the time I needed with him. I am thinking about rescuing a bearded dragon and I would not take them to any other vet. Monique

First of all, I can just tell Jocelyn is a kind soul, and considering massage can be a very vulnerable process, I appreciated that about her so much!
I had a tight, painful shoulder with restricted movement when I walked in, and by the time I walked out I was able to move it with almost no pain. I honestly hadn’t even realized how bad the restriction was and how much I was compensating in other parts of my body until she loosened it up.
I was able to incorporate small weights back into my workout a few days later and I was so pumped!
Her space is super clean and comfortable, I got to choose my own oil blend to add in, and her prices are very reasonable!
Today, I met with Janae for a full body massage to help with muscle soreness and tension due to weekly exercise routines and remote work that has me sitting most of the day. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was the amazing studio that had a calming and inviting atmosphere! She had soft spa like music and beautiful decor throughout! Next thing I was greeted with this infectious smile and contagious welcome by Janae! She made me feel so calm that all of my uncertainty and nerves were quickly eliminated! Now the massage....OMG!! I saw the reviews and was recommended by a doctor to see her, so I came in....one word PHENOMENAL! Don't just take my word you have to book her to believe! I've been coming here for about 6 months. My first massage was with Krystal and I had a $10 off coupon. I joined the monthly membership for $65 or so plus tax and you get 1 monthly massage. The prices have since increased. You also got a chiropractor coupon and 2 guest passes which are $69 massage coupons. Massages are around $85 normally. Poor Krystal had her work cut out for her at my first appt as I was super tense. I've also seen Mary, Trang and someone else who was kinda nosy and did her own massage. I don't schedule with her anymore. There is a sign about tips highly encouraged at 15-20%. I've passed out $20 tips. I no longer get my hair colored and never get my nails done. This is my self care once a month. The massage therapists' schedules are set the first of each month. They don't have online scheduling. Old school call in or schedule at the end or before your appointment. Their waiting room chairs are lacking cushioning. Please replace already.

I went to Pebble Creek Healing and massage today and had a great first experience. The staff is one lady who rents an office space there. She gave an amazing massage and was very nice. The area was clean and didn't have too much of an herbal scent like the last place I went. She also gave me $5.00 off my first massage and added hot stones for no extra cost. Her neck massage was phenomenal as well. I would definitely recommend her and I plan on giving her my business again.
The service was very welcoming, and the masseuse's technique was excellent. It relieved the fatigue in my lower back and shoulders. I will definitely be back.

Keep In Touch Massage is wonderful and I highly recommend this business! When you enter the space, it feels calming already! Every person is caring and friendly. I have been there now at least 4 times and will continue to go there for massages. There offer a variety of services and length of sessions. I especially like the snake-like hallway and the rooms are relaxing and well appointed. The warm massage table is the best! The music is just enough sound to make the experience even more relaxing and calming!
