I’ve been going to this shop for many years, but I’ve been away for about seven years. I came back today and was very impressed with the service, cleanliness and atmosphere. Everybody is very friendly. The only thing that I would change is to give some kind of loyalty rewards to loyal customers.

This was my first visit at Q Nails. I easily made a spur of the moment appointment by phone. The salon was very clean looking. I got a Deluxe Gel Pedicure and it was fabulous. My technician was very sweet, helpful and excellent with her massage techniques. She was attentive enough to put relaxing music on (it hadn’t been playing) and showed me how to use the massage chair better. I wish I had gotten her name, I will ask for her again!

As always, when I walk in the door, everyone greets me! I’ve had Tony doing my nails for well over 20 yrs & followed him over! I enjoy the banter with the staff & customers. It’s always a highlight to go there!!
