I began using TruGreen quite by accident. Last summer (2025) they mistakenly treated my yard instead of their actual customer: my immediate next door neighbor:-) I was already using a competitive service for over five years, but was growing unhappy with the appearance of my yard. Within a week, my yard---which had just received a 'free' TruGreen treatment--- looked amazing. Have received 2 treatments in April & May. None in June so in July I called assuming they do once a month. The gentleman came out and explained they dont do June and July and do the rest in the Fall. Did a treatment that day which is fine. Very nice guy.
Emerson was out today from Truegreen. He had been here once before. He’s very thorough. Very pleasant to talk with very knowledgeable and I would like to request him every time I have a Service from Truegreen.
