I had a wonderful experience today at Epic Nails. Tommy helped me today along with his mother and father as I enjoyed all their company and there family. This is the best place hands down. There was no wait, they greeted you & all were very friendly and respectfully and I will always return here. They cared for me and treated me like family it was a brilliant experience. I love the welcoming diverse atmosphere they have :) I will be back and sending people y’all’s way. Thank You for the hospitality. You all were phenomenal :)

Was doing cardio at the mall since it's negative temperature in mn. Thought I'd give this place a try. Not the nicest place. There was only 1 nail tech available, he wasn't even pleasant. Nails look ok, a bit thicker then I like them. Probably will not return. Prices are fair in this economy. I recommend going down the street to A-Nails & pay the extra $$...

I gave this place 2 stars because the customer service wasn't that bad the woman at the front desk. I left my 16 year old daughter there to get Her nails done he tried to charge her $70 for a French manicure With a heart design on 2 nails I said that was too much A regular French manicure He said it would be $55 I came to pick my daughter up she told me he tried to still charge her $70 I will not go here in a moment that that is very dishonest when I just got my nails dead there and he didn't do too bad of a job but they still wasn't smooth and my nails was 65 and I gave him a $10 tip it wasn't even worth it I told my daughter not to tip If he would get over on a child...read full review
