Love Shaila’s classes in general, and this one in particular. The timing is great; the venue is quiet and peaceful, and can either do yoga outside when it’s nice enough, or view outside when it’s not. Great students, too.
We are lucky to have such a talented instructor near by! I've been to Shaila's classes in a number of her convenient, north metro locations. Shaila is a treasure...incorporating yoga traditions from her training all over the world, knowledgeable about anatomy and the aging body, and best of all: witty! She makes the classes informative and very fun. Highly recommend!
I love Saturday 10 am yoga at Arden Hills with Shaila! Spacious setting, wonderful shady patio with prairie view for outdoor yoga in warm weather, easy access from my home in South St. Anthony Park. Shaila’s classes help me stay strong and flexible with good balance. Her knowledge and approach is straightforward and without gimmicks. I enjoy the mix of ages and genders in her class.
