His team has really helped me overcome some insurance challenges as well. I always feel heard and well cared for. Big Lake’s lucky to have this clinic.“

I saw a comment below on the attendance policy.. sometimes things happen where a child is sick on the same day, but also speech is in high demand and there are many kids who would love to get in. Having appointments that can be available for them helps with flexibility and support for many kids and parents. I don’t know why you wouldn’t have an attendance policy to keep people accountable to their pre-scheduled appt times and theirs is very reasonable.“

“Been going here for as long as I can remember pediatrics included (Raja-Heal) Always an amazing experience with truly wonderful doctors. I’ve seen a good chunk of them and don’t have any complaints.When I was 7 (2007) I came in with a limp in my left ankle and most everyone else I had seen wasn’t sure what it was. Raja heal took a look and sent me in to Children’s. In doing that, I was able to keep my left foot. Turns out I had a severe staph infection and would’ve needed amputation if we had waited any longer. She is the reason I have two feet and I am so grateful. I have seen her since then and she’s still just as sweet, genuine and knowledgeable. Jennifer Filips I’ve seen for awhile and has always been so personable and sweet. Angela Mathison is a true angel, I’ve sat in with my grandmothers appointments. My mother and grandmother are grateful that she cares for my grandmother.Dr Simon is a gem, lighthearted and genuine. I genuinely felt comfortable with him when I’ve gone to him in a pinch. Despite not knowing him well.“

“Solutions Counseling has been very successful for us in our world! Very compassionate owner and therapists, and therapy dogs, HELLO! Jessica, the manager, is amazing too, she’s always very helpful and happy, on her game! The office setting is always very accommodating for in person and I have had many successful tele-therapy sessions. They have many well educated and passionate therapists to choose from, surely anyone can find their match!“

“There was a 3-hour wait, but I was informed during the check-in process. We ended up waiting for two hours. The Front Staff was professional, nurse and doctor were attentive, & caring. Provided me with details of what tests were needed for my daughter. At the end of the night, I was able to take my daughter home feeling much better.“

She was very symmetrical with application of product and massage, not one place on my face was missed! It was calming and the results feel great.
