Dr. Frank Anderson and Lauren Ducklow, CNP, truly live up to the Stellis Health mission of compassionate care! When I came to Dr. Anderson for MAT, I had complex issues from chronic pain (of physical origin), to addiction and chronic illness. Often, other doctors didn’t seem to take my pain and illness seriously, because I could have been complaining to get pills. Having been through 5 treatment programs, I didn’t expect progress, but Dr. Anderson was able to keep me off the problematic (for me) full opioids and monitor me, to check and document my progress. Mediocre care. They don't like to give you any sort of notice, or even put forth the leg work to set you up with someone else when your provider is no longer with the facility which is rather irritating. There's better clinics in the area

2 stars because the nurse(s) are amazing and are so sweet. However, I saw Dr. Frank O. Anderson for back pain I was having. Context: I was pregnant for the second time and after giving birth I was having back pain that would shoot down my right leg. I would wake up stiff on my whole right side, from shoulder to ankle from this issue. (I have a pintched sciatic nerve). I was given pain medication at first which I will admit it didn't help through and through but I was at least able to walk up right and pick up my babies without worrying my leg might give out& baby and I hitting the floor.
