“They were able to get my wife in right away. The nurse practitioner was very compassionate and professional. It is nice to have such a good urgent care in our neighborhood.“
“This clinic has doctors who will actually take the time to listen to what you have to say an that is not something you see very much of anymore!! Most doctors just blow you off an think you have no idea what you are talking about. I would rather drive an extra distance an go somewhere that has people who will listen.“
“Associated Skin is very thorough and professional. I always have great experiences there. Dr. Marki and Amber were great! ?Gary B“
“Everything went fine, we met, they provided everything, the services of an interpreter and a driver, and everything was on level, I recently returned from Italy, good emotions, I recommend it to everyone“
“I see Dr felty podiatry every 3 weeks. Friendly nurses, Dr Benjamin felty is very knowledgeable he's been helping me with my diabetic foot care for over a year now I definitely recommend him.“
“This was one of the best experiences I've had at a specialty dizzy clinic. I've had vertigo for years. Turning over in bed would make the room just spin. It was getting worse and worse. I was told about the dizzy clinic from my doctor. The staff is amazing. So friendly and knowing their field to a T! I would definitely recommend this clinic!! Thank you so much Joe Wilson, YOU ROCK!! Signed vertigo free!!“
“Angie is absolutely AMAZING!I’ve had many massages over my life but never like hers. I’m 64 and though I try to take great care of myself, I regularly have knots in my neck, shoulders and back due to carrying my little grandchildren. She has provided life changing comfort and I never want her to leave her profession! I’m deeply grateful for her.“
“Dr. Smith is an awesome doctor. Being seen by him is unlike going to a typical doctor's office these days. When I went to Dr. Smith, he spent nearly an hour with me, first listening to me about my problem and then doing an examination. This is unlike going to most doctors who have the nurse do almost everything and then spend at most 5 minutes with you. He doesn't accept insurance, so he can spend his time caring for his patients instead of doing paperwork. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and Orono Family Medicine to everyone, whether you have insurance or not.“
“I have been going for care for almost a year. Started going because I had breast cancer. From the beginning and to the end I was respected by all staff. Everyone I encountered made me feel special and they cared how I was doing. Great Teamwork. Thank You all“
“It is such an awesome clinic. The doctor is so great. His wife even prayed for us who she never met before for getting the green card processed fast. I am very grateful for what they have done for my family.“
“Had some labs done, hospital seems to be in better shape with staff. Went very smoothly.“
“PROS:Convenient location.Plenty of free parking.Waiting room was not crowded (I was the only person there).Receptionist greeted me promptly.Appointment was very speedy! They didn't need to see my ID or insurance card.CONS:Scheduling was a minor headache (which wasn't this location's problem).Since I was on time and there was no one else there, I was a bit surprised at how long I had to wait in the waiting room before being seen.Would recommend. 4/5 stars.“
“Very good access when I needed to get in. Provided multiple options. Very friendly staff.“
“LABORATORY - 4 stars! This review is for the lab services only.I've used them several times because this is the closest Fairview lab to my home in the northwest metro.GOOD:1. I never have to wait long. I've always been in for blood draws quickly once I get to the interior lobby for the lab. My butt barely hits the chair before they call me up.2. The personnel have always been very friendly.3. Amazingly, my pokes have always been flawless - no pain, no hematomas, no problems.4. The lab tests have always come back lightning fast. The results show up quickly on My Chart.NEEDS IMPROVEMENT:1. Making an appointment on the phone is a pain in the butt. Be prepared for long wait times, lots of button pushing, and possibly being transferred to a different number and doing it all again. I recommend calling at non-peak times or trying to do it on-line through My Chart.2. The people at the main front desk (not lab staff) that check you in are sometimes bitchy and unfriendly, frequently looking like they might be sucking on lemons behind the counter. It looks like their job sucks. (Personally, I think I'd rather work in a coal mine than do their job.) I'm not sure if I should feel sorry for them or if I should be irritated because they can't maintain a friendly demeanor.Overall, thumbs up for all those hard working "Lab Rats" (an old, friendly biology term for lab workers)!-Daddy Maxx Retro(“
“Been going here since they opened, Never have I ever had any issues. They treat people with respect. I recently got my boyfriend to switch over. He seems to be more stable and he has had far less migraines since changing clinics. Also we like that there are not people just hanging out there. Like we have seen at other clinics sometimes.“
“After nearly 30 years of being misdiagnosed,I was finally listened to, and diagnosed correctly. My life is not perfect, nobody's is, but for the very first time I can honestly say I feel good. Actually, most days are really good. I'm so grateful to be going here and for being put on the correct medication for my condition. I did not know life could be anything other than depressing, chaotic and stressful.....and well now I do ????“
“Unfortunately had to go to their Urgent Care today. Fortunately I found myself in Vita's care. Super friendly and very sympathetic to my obvious discomfort. She ensured that things moved quickly to get me the help I needed. All the staff were wonderful but Vita really shined.“
