Solutions Counseling

We have used Solutions Counseling for several years, and their practitioners and services are wonderful. What a wonderful business to have right here in St. Michael. We should be proud.

We worked with two different counselors and both seemed indifferent. I'm sure some of the others working here are wonderful, but the two we worked with didn't seem like their heart was in it. They seemed also to lack any direction in the counselling process, or if they had direction they did not communicate it to us at all. Even when asked directly, answers were vague at best. We ended up leaving, and didn't miss it in the least.

My family and I started at Solutions years ago when it was just a "one man show" in one tiny rented office. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Solutions Counseling and Craig Rens. Craig and other counselors at Solutions have helped us through some very tough times in our family. When I personally started counseling there I had severe depression and anxiety issues, alcohol and drug abuse issues and a lot of "garbage" that needed to be taken out from and abusive and chaotic childhood. If a stressful situation or disappointment came, I would crumble. I was often barely functional.
