“Tina and her staff go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I had gotten my glasses at another SVS VISION location and felt I was not being heard or understood. I was told I just need to get used to my new glasses but something was definitely off with them. I didnt believe it was the script but something else. When I went to SVS in Southgate, Tina understood what I was saying, and took the time to explain everything to me. She sent the glasses back to have the lenses adjusted to where they needed to be. I picked them up today and was overwhelmed with joy at how perfectly I could see out of my adjusted lenses, with no adjustment to the prescription. I can't thank Tina and her staff enough. This location was definitely out of my way, but so worth it. I highly recommend SVS VISION Southgate. So worth it. You will definitely receive top notch service. Thank You Tina for hearing me.

“I had a wonderful experience at this office. The customer service ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful, supportive, and patient throughout the process. I came in on a Friday and explained to the doctor that I urgently needed glasses by Thursday. Not only did they understand my situation, but they went above and beyond to expedite the order. My glasses were ready by noon on Tuesday, which was even earlier than I expected.

On top of that, the doctor stayed after his shift end to make sure I was fully prepared and set for my eye test, which I truly appreciated. The level of care and dedication here is outstanding. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and great customer service!“
