Tina and her staff go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I had gotten my glasses at another SVS VISION location and felt I was not being heard or understood. I was told I just need to get used to my new glasses but something was definitely off with them. I didnt believe it was the script but something else. When I went to SVS in Southgate, Tina understood what I was saying, and took the time to explain everything to me. She sent the glasses back to have the lenses adjusted to where they needed to be. Kym and Tina were absolutely amazing and helping me with the purchase of my glasses and sunglasses. I have shopped around at many places and from the moment I walked in to when I left their attention to helping me thru the process was seamless and enjoyable! Highly recommend
They’re the greatest they always work to get you the best deal. Electricians are always friendly. Staff is always awesome and patient. They’ll even help you out (no wife)if you need it(looks wise) in my wife’s size, everything I pick is ugly😂 good people, friendly staff!!
