Eye care optometry was very helpful. They were able to diagnose my issue, and spoke with me on my options for a solution. They were helpful and friendly to me and I was seen in a timely manner. I was very nervous beforehand so to feel comfortable after was a big relief
Helping a friend get new lenses in her frames. She's been coming here for 20 plus years. We've always had good experiences. This current experience was exceptionally good. Very organized and professional all the way around from the front desk to the optometrist. Waiting to get glasses and then will post update. But so far a very particular patient is very satisfied.
Drove from Wayne to Lincoln park to pick up glasses, says open until 5 but they were closed at 4:20 not very good business etiquette. I think we’re probably gonna start going someplace else. Sign on door even says until 5 but they had a closed sign,?
