Mason was amazing! She was super helpful picking out glasses and getting me taken care of after the insurance screwed me over. She helped turn around a really bad day. I highly recommend this location. The staff is always super nice and helpful.
I’ve always had a good experience—everyone is friendly and helpful. However, I wouldn’t recommend their membership deal for “3 free years of contact eye exams and 10% off purchases.”
Twice now, I’ve been told my membership had just expired a couple of months earlier, even though I go in yearly when I have the extra money from my tax return. Both times, they said it had “just expired” and that I’d need to sign up again to get the same deal. I only buy a one-year supply, and this time I even still had a box left.
