“The screw fell out of my sunglasses I wasn't sure where to go so I googled eye glass repair and rx optical popped up so I called and the lady answered the phone was very polite so I said what the heck give them a try I was very impressed from the moment I walked in everyone there was very accommodating and very polite..I had the pleasure of working with April she not only repaired my sunglasses she cleaned them and straightened them out they never fit better.. and the place was very clean thank you lady's for all your assistance..if I ever need anything to do with glasses in the future this is my to go to place from now on and I will tell all my friends and family... excellent excellent thanks again April your the best“

I called to make an appointment last month and they told us over the phone that I can bring my own frames and then I get there and they tell me that I have to use the company's frames because I'm paying with insurance. I felt like they lied to me about that“
