“I am located in Ypsi Township and needed a new furnace and AC unit for a smaller, single-family home. The existing units worked, but were almost 30 years old. I got quotes from five companies. I chose Award because their price was good and because they took the time to perform a block load calculation to ensure that the new units matched the heating and cooling demands of the home. They showed me the report of their calculation, and it matched by own calculation that I performed using CoolCalc. The installation was well done, and even the Ypsi Township inspector said that they did a good job. All communication was timely and professional. I plan to hire them again, if I need furnace or AC installation in any other properties. For reference, they sell Rheem brand units.“

“On June 24, 2025 around 3:00 p.m., our A/C stopped working. I called several A/C repair companies and they all told me that it would take from several days to a few weeks to come out. Then I ran across Temprasure. I spoke to Al, and he came out the same day and diagnosed my 26 year old A/C unit. The bad news is that it could not be repaired. The good news though is that I purchased a new A/C unit and his team installed the new unit with no issues. Everything Al said about the A/C installation experience actually occurred as he stated, from the delivery date of the unit to time it took to install it. Not to mention that the prices were more than reasonable. Now I have a new A/C unit installed by a great company owned by a great guy! I certainly recommend Temprasure for all your HVAC needs!“

“Brian and Deb from Mich-Tech 1 are true professionals. Deb is amazing on the front end with coordination and a true gem to chit chat with. Brian is hands down the most experienced appliance professional I have ever come across. When scheduling with Deb I often refer to him as "the wizard". He has a tremendous ability to diagnose and offer the best solution for the problem (talking through a repair and it's cost before opting to purchase a new appliance). At the end of the day I trust Brian to tell me what the best course of action is going to be, he is never biased about trying to make a buck off of me and has pointed me in the direction of a new appliance, which essentially takes money away from him, a number of times. I am a property manager and M-T1 has become a very trusted alley for me. I see some poor reviews about timeliness here on Yelp, which I have to disagree with. You have to understand that they have to do the best they can to estimate arrival windows because each service call they have is so diverse and there is no way to pin point its length. Stay patient and it will pay off! Wouldn't suggest any other company to assist when home appliances stop behaving as they should! 10/10!!“
