Exceptional service! I was given an 8–11 AM window, and Greg arrived just after 8:00 AM—absolutely unheard of in home services! Greg was friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I explained the issue, and he confidently diagnosed it instantly. Even better, he had the part in his truck and fixed it right then and there. The total cost was far lower than expected, and he completed the entire job, paperwork included, in under 30 minutes (I’m writing this as he’s pulling out of my driveway!).
He even gave me great tips on removing some poison ivy near the unit!

I had a great experience with Pat Walters & Sons. I had an issue with my AC unit, which they had installed years ago. I called on a Monday morning after a holiday weekend and during a heatwave. I figured it would take a few days to get someone out, but they were there and had the issue fixed within an hour of my call. Everyone was very friendly, and I really appreciated the quick service!
