LA Fitness offers a variety of amenities at a good price. These amenities may include state-of-the-art equipment, basketball courts, group fitness classes, a pool, saunas, a Kids Klub, and personal training.
The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some members appreciating the nice equipment and the community feel. Ed, the new manager, is noted for being friendly and professional, listening to concerns from members. However, some customers feel that the gym could be cleaner and better maintained. While the locker room and shower area seem fairly clean, some reviews mention that the showers could stand to be cleaned more often and the women’s sauna has had issues with towels being thrown about.
One customer mentioned that the atmosphere felt safe and quiet, allowing for an undisturbed workout. The equipment is generally well-regarded, but some customers point out that several machines have broken parts that need repair. While there are positive remarks about the staff being friendly, some reviews express disappointment in the cleaning standards, suggesting a need for a new cleanup crew. Overall, members appreciate the effort made by staff to create a positive environment.
LA Fitness has been my go to gym for many years. They have a wide range of classes, workout equipment and water activities. Staff at the front desk desk are courteous and helpful - a special shout out to William Gibson. He always greets genuinely and encourages a good day.
The Agua Fit Class with Valerie is the best I have shaped up, gotten stronger and have been revitalized Monday and Wednesday Classes. The front desk personnel William is always encouraging with a greeting and smile.
