Joe is an absolute boss. The guy knows more about working out than any other trainer I worked with in the last 20 years. I highly recommend training with him - he can work with any level of skill or strength and fixed a few things in my major lifts which ultimately made me into a better person.

Nothing left unchecked, Joe watches your form closely, listens to concerns such as post-surgical issues or difficulties. He knows how to build a strong, nice looking core that balances your dominant side with the weak side. I've healed am injured back in the past and now I'm healing a shoulder surgery with JD Fitness!

Having known the owner for almost 10 years, I can say without equivocation that he is one of the most ethical, competent and dedicated trainers in the SE Michigan area. With his recent acquisition of a slumping Anytime Fitness location in Brownstown that was previously poorly owned and managed in the fall of 2018 and the immediate upgrades he commissioned, already his membership numbers have seen a dramatic increase. Offering online training to those remotely is typically a feature only offered by the most elite trainers but he has offered it since opening in 2009. Continued success Joe!!!!
