ServiceMaster is amazing! I was struggling to find a company to help us recover our smoke damaged belongings after an apartment fire. We were on a time crunch and needed someone to come out quickly and remove our things. The first couple of places I called were unable to meet our scheduling needs, but then I called ServiceMaster and I’m so happy I did. Everyone I encountered from this company was extremely friendly and professional. From Aaron taking my information, to Turina communicating and getting back with me quickly, to Angelica and her team jumping right in and getting to work. Ive been to a lot of chiropractors before but Hackett Chiropractic is my favorite. Friendly staff, easy to make appointments. A doctor who listens to you and applies personalized treatment. First ever chiropractor to comment on my hypermobilty and try to not only adjust me but help me maintain in between visits so im in less pain and dislocated less often. They also offer massage therapy and before your appointment you get heat packs and rate your pain and problem areas so they can keep track and inform the doctor. In the waiting room they keep informational pamphlets and I was sent videos on stretches to do in between visits as well as information about my specific conditions which helped tremendously. I'd reccomend to anyone I know and have reccomended to my closest friends and family.

Mr. Tucker is a patient, skillful, and creative photographer. I purchased the photo package where you get 4 photo shoots in a year. He offers multiple poses per shoot and provided beautiful newborn and family photos. He worked well with my 4-year-old in getting her to pose beautifully and he was very creative in finding ways to provide perfect newborn photos. He also provided us with affordable print & digital photo package of exceptional quality. My family and I are very grateful to be his long-term customers.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon. I was lucky enough to squeeze into a cancellation slot by chance right before Thanksgiving. Jessica was so knowledgeable and friendly. I have curly hair that can be unmanageable at times. Jessica came through with a beautiful fresh cut and styling. She educated me on how to care for and style my curls in a way that is realistic for me. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the salon was beautiful and comfortable. I have certainly found my new favorite salon in SW Michigan. 10/10 would recommend!
I highly recommend this place, I drive 30 miles to use this chiropractor, the dr really cares about you and helps relieve pain , the receptionist is very nice and polite and is very friendly and even schedules same day if they are available, we also get to use the massage chairs.

I called the office in Stevensville on 3/6 to order more contacts. The lady said the person that actually orders wasn't in but she would let her know and get them ordered. I called back on 3/9 to check they had been ordered and they had not, so the lady again told me she would get them ordered. I called back on 3/15 to make sure they were ordered and they were still not. The woman told me that my prescription expires on 3/29/23 so they cannot be ordered. I personally have never heard of that and have always been able to order contacts and glasses up until the day my prescription expired. I asked if I could get a copy of my prescription and she told me I can sign a release to get it still telling me I cant order from anywhere. I got it in an email, signed it and faxed it back the same day. But what I got back was the eye glass prescription. I responded to the email and asked for the contact prescription as that was what I asked for. I did not hear back so I told another eye dr who told me they would order my contacts. They reached out and were told no as well. The reason? Advanced told them my prescription was already expired... I called again I think her name was Christina and I'm told I still can't have a copy of my prescription. I told her they can't withhold that from me. She said my prescription expires on 3/29. I reminded her that is now 9 days away. she said I can go talk to Shanda at the St Joe location if I dont like the answer.. I went there on 3/20 and had to argue some more with Shanda, and Explain to her that it is illegal to withhold someone's prescription from them when it is not expired. She was incredibly rude and told me I cant order from anywhere else. I told her I can and will and I did not understand why they are being so crazy over this. She finally went in the back and got my prescription. She still kept telling me over and over that I can't order contacts from anywhere because my prescription will be expiring in 9 days. When I got to my car I looked at the paper and the expiration date is 3/20/24 That's a whole year from now! So either the staff cannot read or they attempted unsuccessfully and illegally to change my expiration date out of spite. As my glasses prescription was dated 3/29/23. Either way after all of this nonsense I will never come back again.

Stephanie White did a great job! I was tightening up on a long (200 mi) bike ride and called. She came down on the spur of the moment (thanks again) and put me in position to finish in style without the usual pain and cramping.. I've never tried this before but it made a huge difference. She is obviously knowledgeable; I highly recommend her!
I love the Southwest Michigan School of Music!!! Both of my grandsons take lessons here, one is learning guitar and the other is learning drums. They are really into it and appreciate their instructor's knowledge and ability to pass it on to them.

I’m wagging my tail with joy after our experiences this year with Stay and Obey. We have boarded our dog (Scout) and added on the day training for two of our stays.
Taylor did an excellent job communicating with us on day training objectives. She definitely listened because our dog came back to us with new skills and more control. Taylor is very clear on how we must keep up the consistent work with the dog in order to help the dog grow in her confidence.
Our dog has had reactivity issues. Taylor worked on skills with our dog so she can walk past other dogs without being distracted or reactive. Amazing!!!
I loved how Taylor could pinpoint our human bad habits and teach us how properly us corrective and praise markers.
Elizabeth also was part of our training and you could tell that my dog trusted her and she is a natural!
When Scout is with Stay and Obey, I don’t worry about my dog. I know she is in the best hands. I also appreciate all the support staff who feeds her, walks her in the neighborhood and does her nature walks. It is a great team and I’m glad we found them.

Bill at Hollerbach Excavating is both a skilled excavator and a man of integrity. I've hired him for two significant projects involving extensive earthmoving, large-scale tree removal, and old house demolition.
On the first occasion, he transformed my property in a single day, creating two access driveways and saving me considerable expense by efficiently removing trees himself, rather than requiring a separate tree service. He also provided clear instructions on how to manage the burn pile.
More recently, I hired him to remove a dilapidated, 100-year-old cabin filled with debris. Throughout both projects, Bill's final bill was always at or below his initial estimate with results better than I expected. He is honest, reliable, and I highly recommend his services.

J&S did a great job on our project. John was responsive and kept on schedule (even finished a few days earlier than he originally said). I geek out a bit over concrete and they did a good job on crushed stone, drain tile, vapor barrier and rebar - all key for the concrete to last. Will use J&S again in the future.
This place is AWESOME!!!!! I have multiple blankets for each of my horses and I took them here. I have always hand washed/scrubbed, then machine washed, then hung out to dry my blankets. Takes quite a while and is a huge pain. So much of a pain that I didn't do at all this spring! So last week I took 3 blankets there. WOW!!!!!!! they only charged $20 a blanket, they used my own blanket safe detergent and then hung them to dry in the sun. I ended up taking the rest after that. Customer service was great, I got them back really fast and once I opened them up at home they were SO DANG CLEAN. I will never ever wash blankets at home again. Love this place, 2 thumbs up, would recommend.

We've used Ace Plumbing at our home and also at the store I manage. They're very prompt , courteous and fairly priced. Had exceptional service from Matt & Aaron this week at our store. Upon learning that the restroom would need to be shut down to complete the job that was started they agreed to reschedule for a time that wouldn't interfere with our business. As I had to come in early for them I really hoped they'd be on time, and just then they called to confirm they were on the way-on time! They completed the work very quickly, cleaned up nicely and were gone before we opened. Very nice gentlemen!
