I've been in twice to get my pc repaired by Patrick in the last year, once for an aio pump and today for what ended up being a simple short in a usb port.The first time I brought my pc in on a Friday morning, they brought it to a sister shop in Watervliet after okaying it with me, and the people there diagnosed and ordered the parts for me.I had my pc back on Monday afternoon with a new cooler and fan expecting the cost to be excessive. I recently had a problem with my computer so I gave PC Services a call. Patrick quickly diagnosed the problem and got it back up and running. They were friendly, helpful and professional. The charges were very reasonable. I will continue using them for any of my computer needs!! Very glad we have them in the area!!

Took my PC to the shop for what I 'thought' was a failing GPU, and wanted someone to test other hardware in it to make sure. Patrick immediately went to work on testing other in-shop cards, and was super down-to-earth and communicative in his process. I never felt like he was trying to scam me. I could tell my baby was in good hands. Within my hour at the shop, we began to deduce that my motherboard had failed, not my GPU. I agreed to leave it at the shop so they could do further tests.
